Event concept
We begin with the objective, the audience and the company's context. From there, we develop the right event format instead of fitting the brief into a ready-made package.
Corporate events / experiences / people
We design and produce corporate events built around a clear purpose. They can connect teams, communicate change, strengthen relationships, celebrate success or simply give people a genuinely good reason to spend time together.

Corporate event production
A corporate event can be a team gathering, product launch, employee meeting, client event, anniversary or the beginning of a major change within an organisation. The format comes later. First, we want to understand what the event should achieve for the people who attend.
Only then do we choose the venue, set design, technology, performers, activities and the way the programme is structured. We do not add elements simply because they are available. Sometimes an event needs a spectacular stage. Sometimes what works best is a table, good food and enough space for people to actually talk to one another.
MOVYTZA combines event production with experience direction. We can lead the entire process — from the first idea and budget to on-site delivery — or take responsibility for a selected part of the project. Scale is a tool. What matters is whether the event works.
Production scope
Every event needs a different set of tools. We can manage the entire production or take responsibility for selected parts of it.
01
We begin with the objective, the audience and the company's context. From there, we develop the right event format instead of fitting the brief into a ready-made package.
02
We design the flow of the event, its rhythm, key moments, transitions and the way guests experience the programme from beginning to end.
03
We coordinate venues, suppliers, schedules, installation, rehearsals, transport, production crews and the practical details required to deliver the event.
04
We shape the event environment — from subtle visual interventions to complete set design, branding and purpose-built installations.
05
Staging, sound, lighting, multimedia, LED screens, video production and technical infrastructure selected around the actual needs of the event.
06
Performers, concerts, interactive formats, workshops and other activities are selected for the audience and the purpose of the event — not from a catalogue of attractions.
07
Key visual, multimedia, invitations, screen content, signage and other elements that create a coherent visual language for the event.
08
We look at the event from the invitation to the moment the final guest leaves. Registration, guest flow, catering, programme and space should work as one experience.
Why MOVYTZA?
One of the most common mistakes in event production is assuming that more automatically means better: more activities, more screens, more programme. It can reach a point where guests have no time to experience any of it — or even to have a proper conversation.
Sometimes our job is to add something. Sometimes it is to convince a client to remove something. We look at an event through a director's lens: rhythm, emotion, the energy in the room and what people will remember the next day.
we start with the purpose of the event, not a catalogue of attractions
we combine creative concept, direction and production
we design from the guest's point of view
we use technology when it genuinely improves the experience
we can create spectacle — and we also know when to simplify

The earlier we answer the right questions, the fewer accidental decisions appear later in production.
FAQ
There is no single meaningful price for a corporate event. The same term can describe a dinner for 30 guests, a team event for 150 people or a production for more than 1,000 participants. The main cost drivers are guest numbers, venue, catering, technical production, set design, programme and performers. We prefer to understand the available budget and explain what can be delivered well within it.
The starting point is the number of guests and the purpose of the event. Smaller productions may require budgets in the tens of thousands of PLN, while large events with extensive technical production, set design, catering and entertainment can reach several hundred thousand PLN or more. If you give us the scale and budget, we can work backwards and propose the strongest solution within those parameters.
Yes. We can begin with a blank page and manage the concept, budget, venue, event script, set design, technical production, programme, suppliers, logistics and on-site delivery. If some elements are already handled by your team or another partner, we can take responsibility for a selected scope.
We produce company anniversaries, galas, conferences, team events, Christmas events, launches, roadshows, client and employee events, brand experiences and special projects. The format follows the objective rather than the other way around.
Yes. We produce events in different parts of Poland, including multi-location projects. Depending on the production, part of our team can travel with the project while selected resources and suppliers are sourced locally when that makes better operational and financial sense.
Start with a few basic facts: why you are organising the event, who should attend, what you want to achieve, the approximate date and location, and the available budget. You do not need a finished script or a list of attractions. Developing the right format can be part of our work together.
